World NGO Day logo is for everyone; you can use the logo to celebrate Non-Governmental Organizations (e.g. CSO, NPO, Charities) and to acknowledge the important endowment to society each year on February 27.
World NGO Day's website has information based on carefully collected articles from various sources. It is a multilingual, open-collaborative website, created and maintained by a community of volunteer editors and programmers. It uses resources from different languages and countries around the world who celebrate World NGO Day.
The website features no ads, it is regularly inspired and advised by various organizations of the European Union and the Council of Europe.
If you want to become a volunteer writer or columnist for World NGO Day, in any language, please send us your email and include two recent articles.
Rules To Remember
- The World NGO Day logo has been carefully designed and should never be altered in any way. The idea behind the logo is that NGOs are diverse and are not always in agreement with each other, but on the other hand they unite as one and hold our society together, like one big beehive.
- Do not crowd the logo. There must be a protected area surrounding the logo. This ensures that no other graphic elements interfere with the clarity and integrity of the “World NGO Day” letters.
- Do not misuse the logo or name of World NGO Day for any illegal or questionable activities
- Do not modify the logo. Keep it as it is or create your own event logo. An example (photo) below.
- Do not change the logo colors. The original color palette for the logo was inspired by the nature's authentic beauty of its four seasons.
Example
I trust it is an opportunity to inspire people to consider a career within the third sector, or even establish new impactful NGOs, create new jobs, contribute to local communities and build on economies.
