Arpine Hakobyan has 25 years of professional managerial experience in the non-profit sector, demonstrating highly effective communication and management skills as an executive, trainer, consultant and civil society professional. Her leadership and ability to motivate others are supported by a strong academic background and extensive practical experience.

Ms. Hakobyan is a qualified specialist in Social Sciences and a sociologist with extensive experience in research and programme evaluation. She has conducted numerous social research projects across diverse fields, covering the full research cycle from needs assessment and research design to data collection, analysis and reporting.

As a certified trainer, she has more than 15 years of experience in non-formal education. Since 2017, Ms. Hakobyan has also been teaching Non-Governmental Organisation and Management at Yerevan State University (YSU), where she delivers lectures and facilitates discussions on NGO governance, management and civil society development. She also mentors students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical community development initiatives, contributing to the academic development of future civil society professionals.

Arpine Hakobyan is the founder of TUC – Tourism Unique Center, a social enterprise developed as a model of community development that combines business approaches with a strong social impact orientation.
